balanced ingredient complex. Iron contributes to a normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin. The microencapsulation of Lipofer ensures a good compatibility and high bioavailability. Vitamin C increases the Iron absorption and together the ingredient complex contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

How to take
Simply open and pop in your mouth. No liquid required to dissolve. Allow to dissolve in mouth.
